Built because the advice was free and the tools were not.

A student in their final year in India has no shortage of advice. What they do not have is a way to check any of it. Is this resume actually readable by the system it will be fed into? Is this the right course to spend forty hours on? Did that course teach me anything I can demonstrate?

GrowAhead exists because those three questions have real, checkable answers, and because the tools that claimed to answer them mostly did not. They produced a confident-looking score with no method behind it, or they rewrote a resume into something more impressive than the truth — which is the one failure mode a student cannot afford, because the interview is where it gets found out.

So the design constraint came first, before any feature: the product may not state anything on your behalf that you have not actually shown. Everything else — the parse report instead of a match score, the grounding check on every rewrite, the rule that only a passed quiz can verify a skill — follows from that one decision.

The two products under this umbrella were built separately and then joined, which is why each still does one thing properly rather than doing everything adequately.
