What is GrowAhead?
GrowAhead finds jobs that fit you, tailors your resume to each one using only what is true, and its AI agent fills in the application. You approve every one. It has three parts: FitDraft (resume and applications), SkillPath (learning and curriculum), JobHunt (jobs and freelance work). It runs on the web, as an app for Mac and Windows, and as a Chrome extension.
Is GrowAhead the same as Grow Ahead, the farming nonprofit?
No. GrowAhead (growahead.in) is a career platform for students and early-career professionals in India, started in 2026. It is not connected with Grow Ahead, the agroforestry and crowdfunding nonprofit.
Does GrowAhead guarantee interviews or selection?
No. Nothing here can promise an outcome that an employer decides.
Does it reproduce an employer’s ATS?
No. There is no universal ATS score shared across employers. GrowAhead reports what its own parser could read from your file, so you can fix what is unreadable.
Can it invent achievements or experience?
No. Numbers, tools, employers, credentials and qualifiers your resume does not support are rejected before a suggestion reaches your review screen.
Is a GrowAhead quiz a professional certification?
No. It records that you passed a quiz here. FitDraft still needs supporting evidence in your resume before it will mention the skill.
What does the Student plan cost?
₹199 total for 1 month, paid once. It does not renew automatically, and no autopay is set up.
Do I need to pay to try it?
Creating an account is free. The tools open with the Student plan, ₹199 for 1 month, paid once, and a first payment can be refunded in full within 7 days if it is not for you.
What happens to my resume after I upload it?
It is stored against your account so you can come back to it, and it is never used to train a model. Deleting your account removes it. The Security page describes where it lives and who can reach it.
Is it safe to give you my resume?
It is used only for your own applications. It is never sold, never sent to an employer for a job you have not approved, and never used to train a model. To read and rewrite it, its text goes to a language model provider that does not train on it either. Its contents never appear in our server logs, the uploaded file itself is deleted 7 days after upload, and you can download or delete everything from Account settings at any time.
Is my LinkedIn or Naukri account safe with you?
GrowAhead never asks for your LinkedIn, Naukri or any job-site password, and never stores one. When a site needs you signed in, you type it yourself in the GrowAhead app’s own browser; only that signed-in session is kept, for your account alone, and deleting your GrowAhead account removes it. The agent applies only to jobs you approve. One thing to know: these sites’ own terms do not allow automated tools, so if a site notices, it is your account there that could be restricted. You can have GrowAhead ask before every application, or switch job sites off in the app.
