Terms and Conditions

You need an account to use either product. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself, and for what happens under your account. One account is for one person; sharing credentials with a group is not permitted, and the Campus plan exists for that case instead.

Use the service to prepare your own applications and to learn. Export and use the documents it produces however you like — they are yours, and we claim no ownership over your resume, your writing or anything you upload.

• Upload a resume or personal documents belonging to someone else without their permission.
• Automate access, scrape the service, or attempt to work around rate limits. The model-backed endpoints cost real money per call and the limits are how the service stays affordable.
• Resell access, or use the output to operate a competing resume-writing service.
• Attempt to bypass the grounding checks in order to generate claims your source document does not support.

It does not promise you a job, an interview, or a response. No tool can, and any that says otherwise is selling you something.

It does not promise that a resume it produces will be parsed correctly by every applicant-tracking system in existence. It reports what a well-behaved parser reads, which is a good proxy and not a guarantee.

Analysis and rewriting depend on a third-party model. Its output is checked against your source document before you see it, but you remain responsible for reading what you send to an employer. Check it.

The service is provided as it is, without a formal uptime commitment. We will not deliberately break it, but this is not an enterprise SLA and it would be dishonest to imply one.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the interval chosen. Cancellation, refunds and what happens at the end of a period are covered in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

No payment provider is connected to this deployment. Selecting a paid plan records the intent and leaves the subscription pending; nothing is charged and no paid entitlement is granted.

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or to process other people’s documents without permission, and will say why.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
