Terms and Conditions

You need an account to use any of the products. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself, and for what happens under your account. One account is for one person; sharing credentials with a group is not permitted, and the Campus plan exists for that case instead.

Use the service to prepare your own applications and to learn. Export and use the documents it produces however you like — they are yours, and we claim no ownership over your resume, your writing or anything you upload.

• Upload a resume or personal documents belonging to someone else without their permission.
• Automate access, scrape the service, or attempt to work around rate limits. The model-backed endpoints cost real money per call and the limits are how the service stays affordable.
• Resell access, or use the output to operate a competing resume-writing service.
• Attempt to bypass the grounding checks in order to generate claims your source document does not support.
• Apply for jobs in anyone’s name but your own, or approve an application you know to be untrue.

When you approve an application, GrowAhead submits it to that employer in your name, with the details and resume you were shown. You are responsible for reading it and for it being true before you approve it; approving it is the same as sending it yourself.

GrowAhead records an application as sent only when the employer’s own page confirms it. Employers’ sites fail sometimes, and an application that was not confirmed may not have arrived; you are told when that happens.

Job sites and employers have their own terms, which apply to your use of them, and they make their own hiring decisions.

Many job sites and portals have terms that do not allow automated tools to apply on your behalf. That includes LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, Wellfound, Glassdoor, Foundit, Shine, Instahyre, Hirist, Monster, Dice, ZipRecruiter, SimplyHired, Upwork, and any other job board or portal you ask GrowAhead to apply on. When you approve an application on such a site, GrowAhead’s agent applies in your own account there anyway. If the site notices, it is your account on that site that can be restricted or closed, not GrowAhead’s, and we cannot undo that.

We do not solve CAPTCHAs or disguise the agent. If a site checks whether you are human, the agent stops and hands the browser to you.

GrowAhead never asks for and never stores your password for any job site. When a sign-in is needed you type it yourself, in GrowAhead’s own browser on your device, and only that signed-in session is kept, for your account alone.

Nothing is sent until you approve that application. On most sites you also press the final Submit yourself. Where a site sends an application with a single press, your approval in GrowAhead is what sends it. Some sites charge for applying, such as Upwork’s Connects, and that cost is yours.

By agreeing to these Terms you agree to this for every job site, so GrowAhead does not ask again before each application. If you would rather be shown this notice and asked before every application on a job site, switch that on in Settings. You can also switch off applying on job sites altogether in the GrowAhead app, under Job sites.

It does not promise you a job, an interview, or a response. No tool can, and any that says otherwise is selling you something.

It does not promise that a resume it produces will be parsed correctly by every applicant-tracking system in existence. It reports what a well-behaved parser reads, which is a good proxy and not a guarantee.

Analysis and rewriting depend on a third-party model. Its output is checked against your source document before you see it, but you remain responsible for reading what you send to an employer. Check it.

The service is provided as it is, without a formal uptime commitment. We will not deliberately break it, but this is not an enterprise SLA and it would be dishonest to imply one.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the interval chosen. Cancellation, refunds and what happens at the end of a period are covered in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Paid access begins after payment is verified. The Student plan is a one-time purchase for 1 month and does not renew automatically. An incomplete checkout does not grant paid access.

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or to process other people’s documents without permission, and will say why.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand having jurisdiction.
