How it works
Seven steps, and what each one refuses to do.
Most career tools are judged on what they promise. This one is easier to judge on what it declines to make up.

Tell it where you are
College, branch, graduation year, the roles you are aiming at and what you already know. Two minutes, and every recommendation after it is specific to you rather than generic.
What it will not do. It does not require any of this. Skipping onboarding costs you relevance, not access.

Put your resume through the parse check
FitDraft runs an ATS-readiness analysis with GrowAhead’s own parser and shows you the fields it managed to pull out — name, email, phone, sections, dates — plus the formatting most likely to cause problems elsewhere.
What it will not do. There is no universal ATS score shared across employers, so there is none here. GrowAhead does not reproduce an employer’s system or predict a hiring decision; inventing a number would be the easiest thing to build and the least honest.

Compare against a real posting
Paste the whole job description. Each requirement comes back marked covered, buried or missing, with the line from your resume that answers it, so you can check the judgement yourself instead of trusting it.
What it will not do. It will not tell you that a requirement is covered when the evidence is a keyword match with no substance behind it.

Close the gap, and prove you closed it

What it will not do. Watching a video writes nothing to your profile. A skill becomes verified only by passing a quiz at 70% or better.

Rewrite, review, export
Bullets are rewritten against the posting and checked against your original document. Accept or reject each one. Export as a design-preserving PDF, as genuine LaTeX with the compiled PDF, or as Word — keeping your page count or compressed to one page.
What it will not do. A rewrite that introduces a number, a tool or an outcome your resume did not state is discarded and regenerated. You are shown how often that happened.

Find the jobs that fit
JobHunt reads live listings from employers’ own boards and connected sources, and ranks them against your resume. Every point of a job’s score shows the requirement and the line from your resume behind it, so you can see why it ranked where it did.
What it will not do. It does not leave a closed posting in your list as if it were open. Listings are re-checked through the day, and one that has closed is marked closed.

Apply, with your approval
Pick a job and GrowAhead fills in the employer’s application with your profile and a resume tailored to that posting, then shows you exactly what it will send. You approve it, and it is sent. Or apply on the employer’s site yourself; either way the application is tracked.
What it will not do. It sends nothing under your name until you approve that specific application, it does not solve CAPTCHAs or get around a site’s bot checks, and it only records an application as sent when the employer’s own page confirms it.
